Kan. Admin. Regs. § 4-16-1c - Adoption by reference

(a) The following portions of title 9 of the code of federal regulations, as revised on January 1, 2008, except as otherwise specified, are hereby adopted by reference:

(b) Copies of this material or the pertinent portions thereof shall be available from the meat and poultry inspection program of the department of agriculture, Topeka, Kansas.
