Kan. Admin. Regs. § 4-27-5 - Imminent health hazard
(a)
Each licensee shall discontinue operations of the affected portions of the
lodging establishment on discovery that an imminent health hazard
exists.
(b) Each licensee shall
notify the secretary within 12 hours of the discovery of an imminent health
hazard.
