Kan. Admin. Regs. § 4-4-905 - Security
(a) All storage
containers and appurtenances shall be either locked, located within a fenced
enclosure or otherwise adequately secured to provide reasonable protection
against vandalism or unauthorized access which might result in a discharge of
fertilizer or fertilizer materials.
(b) Valves on storage containers shall be
locked or otherwise secured except when persons responsible for facility
security are present at the facility.
(c) Valves on nurse tanks and other mobile
fertilizer containers parked overnight at a storage facility shall be
adequately secured, locked or located within a fenced enclosure except when
persons responsible for facility security are present at the facility.
(d) Valves on empty containers
need not be secured.
