94-411 C.M.R. ch. 702, § 4 - Applicability: Who May Appeal
1.
Application. This Chapter applies to all appeals of decisions of
the Chief Executive Officer to the Board.
2.
Who may appeal. Any person
whose legal rights, duties or privileges are adversely affected by a decision
of the Chief Executive Officer may appeal the decision to the Board. A person
may but is not required to be represented by another person in accordance with
4 M.R.S. §
807.
