Md. Code Regs. 32.02.01.32 - Public Information
A. The Department shall:
(1) Make the information required to be provided under this chapter available to all interested persons; and
(2) Publicize the availability of this information.
B. Information will be made available for review to all interested persons under COMAR 32.01.02.
