105 CMR 470.010 - Scope
(A)
105 CMR 470.000 shall apply
to all lockup facilities in the Commonwealth regardless of date of construction
or location, with the exception of those facilities described in 105 CMR
470.010(B).
(B) The provisions of
105 CMR 470.000 shall not
apply to correctional facilities operated by the Department of Corrections or
by the counties, nor to detention centers operated by the Department of Youth
Services.
