48 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 10, § 007 - PERSERVATION OF BOOKS AND RECORDS
Before ceasing to conduct business as an investment adviser, an investment adviser shall arrange for and be responsible for preserving the books and records required to be maintained and preserved under this Rule for the remainder of the period specified therein and shall notify the Director in writing of the exact address where such books and records will be maintained during such period.
