48 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 005 - AMENDMENT AND CORRECTION OF DOCUMENTS
If a material change in operations occurs, or if the information contained in any document filed with the Director is or becomes inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect, the broker-dealer shall file a correcting amendment on Form BD within the time period specified in the instructions to that form relating to filings made with the SEC.
