Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.900 - Appeal of certain determinations by aggrieved pupil or school; applicability of certain provisions

1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any determination made pursuant to a regulation adopted by the Association may be appealed by an aggrieved pupil or school.

2. The provisions of NAC 385B.900 to 385B.924, inclusive, govern the procedure for filing and resolving a complaint relating to, or an appeal from, a determination specified in subsection 1.
