N.J. Admin. Code § 15:30-5.3 - Municipal and county review and comment before adoption of Final State Development and Redevelopment Plan
Municipalities and counties may submit written comments to the State Planning Commission regarding the draft Final State Development and Redevelopment Plan and the draft Infrastructure Needs Assessment at any time, up to 30 days after the last public hearing conducted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 15:30-5.2. The State Planning Commission shall provide an electronic format for providing written comments for this purpose. Municipalities and counties shall utilize the technology and instructions as provided by the State Planning Commission.
