N.M. Code R. § 12.6.2.397 - AUTHORITY TO ADOPT RULES
Rules on the administration of the UCC are adopted pursuant to Section 55-9-526 NMSA 1978 and are intended to implement Section 55-9-501 through Section 55-9-526 NMSA 1978.
