Okla. Admin. Code § 310:257-11-14 - Toilet rooms, enclosed
A toilet room shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door, except for the following situations:
(1) when a toilet room is
located outside of the food establishment and does not open directly into the
food establishment, such as a toilet room provided by the management of a
shopping mall; or
(2) when a toilet
room that utilizes an offset entrance maze:
(A) protects exposed food, clean equipment,
utensils, linens; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles to
contamination, and
(B) offensive
odors are controlled.
