25 Pa. Code § 250.7 - Fees
(a) Resubmission of
a cleanup plan, remedial investigation, risk assessment or final report will
require payment of the appropriate fee identified in the act for each
resubmission.
(b) The Department
will disapprove a plan or report that is submitted without the appropriate
fee.
(c) The Department may waive
the fee for resubmission of a plan or report if the resubmission is related to
correcting minor administrative or technical deficiencies. The fee waiver is
limited to the following:
(1) One time for
each plan or report to correct administrative deficiencies if the corrections
are made within 15 days of notice of the deficiencies by the
Department.
(2) One time for each
plan or report to correct technical deficiencies if the corrections are made
within 60 days of notice of the deficiencies by the
Department.
