40 Pa. Code § 9.121 - Where storage permitted
The holder of a Bonded Warehouse License may receive and store "in bond" any of the following:
(1) Liquor or alcohol legally manufactured in
this Commonwealth.
(2) Liquor
legally imported into this Commonwealth by a licensed importer.
(3) Alcohol legally imported into this
Commonwealth by the holder of an AB Permit.
