67 Pa. Code § 231.3 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Qualified Commonwealth employee-The term as it is defined in 75 Pa.C.S. § 4102 (relating to definitions).

School bus-The term as defined in 75 Pa.C.S. § 102 (relating to definitions).
