7 Pa. Code § 138e.62 - Evaluation of application
(a) The
county board shall review the application to determine if it is complete and
meets the minimum criteria in §
§
138e.11-138e.21 (relating to requirements
for certification of county program).
(b) If the application is complete and the
minimum criteria are met, an agent or member of the county board shall view the
farmland tract and discuss the county program with the applicant.
(c) The county board shall evaluate timely
applications which meet the minimum criteria and rank them according to the
county farmland ranking system.
