7 Pa. Code § 3.122 - Sheep for slaughter only
(a)
Apparently healthy sheep may be imported into this Commonwealth for the purpose
of immediate slaughter when consigned directly to a slaughter market or to a
recognized slaughter establishment.
(b) The sheep shall be accompanied by a
waybill or owner-shipper certificate marked "For Immediate Slaughter," and
shall be slaughtered within 10 days after arrival at their destination unless
the 10-day period is extended by special permit from the Department.
