7 Pa. Code § 73.10 - Labeling
No person may distribute in this Commonwealth any type of fertilizer in bulk unless the bulk distribution container is properly labeled with all of the following information:
(1) The name and address of the licensee or
registrant.
(2) The name of the
product.
(3) The guaranteed
analysis showing the precentage of plant food claimed, in the following format:
(i) The percentage of total
nitrogen.
(ii) The percentage of a
vailable phosphoric acid.
(iii) The
percentage of soluble potash.
(iv)
The percentage of secondary and micronunutrient elements.
