7 Pa. Code § 73.2 - Fertilizer terms, names and definitions
(a) The fertilizer terms used shall be those
contained in the current edition of the Official Publication of the
Association of American Plant Food Control Officials, Inc.
(b) Except as the Secretary designates
otherwise in specific cases, the names and definitions for commercial
fertilizers shall be those adopted by the Association of American Plant Food
Control Officials.
