7 Pa. Code § 9.24 - Permits for movement from quarantined herds
(a) Reactors shall be kept in quarantine and
may not be removed from the premise except on a written permit from an agent of
the Bureau or a cooperating Federal agency.
(b) Negative animals in quarantined herds may
not be removed from the premise except on a written permit issued by the Bureau
or cooperating Federal agency.
(c)
Animals exposed to Mycobacterium bovis shall be "S" branded before being sent
to slaughter.
