7 Pa. Code § 9.35 - Milk for human or animal consumption from herds of cattle or goats quarantined because of tuberculosis
(a) Milk
may not be sold unless the herd has been retested under §
9.33 (relating to quarantined
period).
(b) Milk from tuberculosis
reactors cannot be sold or used for human or animal consumption.
(c) Milk from negative or suspicious animals
in quarantined herds with known tuberculosis infection shall be pasteurized
prior to use for human or animal consumption.
