Wash. Admin. Code § 381-70-220 - Issuance of subpoenas
The board shall provide to the attorney general and the department of corrections upon request, subpoenas to be completed at the discretion of the attorney general and the department of corrections, provided that such subpoenas are executed without expense to the board.
