Wash. Admin. Code § 381-70-360 - Standards of ethical conduct

All persons appearing in parole revocation proceedings before the board or any member thereof in a representative capacity shall conform to the standards of ethical conduct required of attorneys before the courts of the state of Washington. If any such person does not conform to such standards, the board may decline to permit such person to appear in a representative capacity in any proceeding before it or any member thereof.
