Wash. Admin. Code § 495C-116-170 - Appeal of citations and penalties
(1) Appeals must be made in writing, giving
full particulars, including a list of witnesses and evidence expected to be
presented, etc.
(2) Appeals must be
submitted to the vice-president for operations and facilities or designee
within five working days from the date of citation.
(3) If an appeal is not resolved to the
satisfaction of the alleged violator, he or she has five additional working
days from the receipt of the decision of the vice-president for operations and
facilities or designee to appeal.
