016-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-13 - Leather Barber Strop
Leather barber strops may be used to sharpen and polish the blade of a razor only if the razor has been disinfected prior to use in accordance with section 2 of these rules. Leather strops may not be used during a service when the blade has come in contact with the patron.
